Why families work with Hearthline

Practical reasons, stated plainly.

Everything in one index

After a session with us, every document has a named location and a written entry in a shared index. No more searching across drawers, phones and email threads.

Neutral, logistics-only support

We record and organise what families have already decided. We do not propose arrangements or give opinions on any regulated matter — that keeps our role clear and safe for everyone.

Controlled, encrypted storage

Digital archives are stored with encryption and duplicate physical backup. Access is limited to the named relatives you choose — no one else can view your family's files.

Steady reminders and logs

Our coordination service sends reminder notices to both households and maintains a written log, so nothing falls through because one party forgot to pass a message along.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Each service has a clear description and a stated price in Ringgit. Scope is agreed in writing before work begins — no surprises, no add-ons unless you ask for them.

Works across multiple homes

The archive programme is built for extended families spread across several households and states within Malaysia — one central structure that every named relative can use.

Questions families often ask

Straightforward answers about how Hearthline works.

What exactly does the Records Organisation Session involve?
We set aside two hours to sit with the household and go through every document together. Each item is labelled, placed in a named folder and entered into a written index that shows what exists and where it is stored. One follow-up call within a month is included if you need to add items or ask questions after the session.
Does the coordination service make decisions about our arrangements?
No. Our role is logistics only. We record, organise and send reminders based on what both households have already agreed. We do not propose, interpret or weigh in on any arrangement. Any decision about what to schedule remains entirely with the family and, where applicable, their own qualified professionals.
How long does the archive programme take?
It runs six to ten weeks depending on the volume of documents across the participating households. We agree on a scope and timeline in writing before scanning begins, so you have a clear picture of the process from the start.
Who can access the digital archive?
Access is controlled and limited to up to eight named relatives chosen by the family. The files are stored with encryption and a duplicate physical backup is also provided. Nobody outside those named individuals can view or retrieve the archive.
We are preparing to speak with a solicitor. Can you help beforehand?
Yes — the Records Organisation Session is frequently used by families that want their paperwork settled and clearly indexed before meeting with their own legal or financial adviser. We prepare the documents; decisions remain with you and the professionals you choose to consult.
What are the prices and is payment required upfront?
The Records Organisation Session is RM 510. Household Schedule and Logistics Coordination is RM 2,240 for three months. The Family Archive and Records Programme is RM 4,380. Payment arrangements are discussed during the initial enquiry — we will send you clear details before anything is confirmed.
